IMPO provides periodical trainings to its employees in order for them to become aware of the quality, environment, and OHS management systems and to adopt them. It supervises these management systems through scheduled and non-scheduled internal controls. With the intend of creating a safer, healthier and more productive work environment, the company undertakes the following;
Determining and minimizing OHS risks with the efficient use of new technologies and resources,
Ensuring continuous improvement of OHS performance and compliance of processes with all legal and other requirements,
Rendering a safe and secure working environment by taking precautions that will minimize OHS risks; protecting its employees’ health; and developing systems that will minimize losses in cases of accident or emergency,
Evaluating the effects of new investments and processes in terms of OHS during the project design phase,
Providing training in order to ensure the adoption, development and continuity of the OHS management system and its awareness throughout all the employees and all the areas of activity,
Increasing OHS performance in cooperation with customers, suppliers, public institutions and other stakeholders.
